It will fit 13.2hh to 14.2hh Welsh cob. Collar size, 211/2" by 10", all brass buckles, complete in every way. This set of harness can be taken out of its case and go straight into the show ring.

Heavy horse pairs harness. 13 years old, but has received very little use in that time. Indoor stored and kept well cleaned and oiled. All stitching is in good condition.
Some scuffs on the leather here and there but no cracking or thin parts. Great functional harness, ready to use straight away, or would polish up nicely for the show ring.
