Introducing Raith Landora, a sweet, 14 year old 16.2hh Oldenburg mare with a calm temperament and kind disposition. She is a true school master. She not only looks amazing but also looks after her rider. She has show experience for dressage, jumping, etc... at all levels, also used on common riding.
100% safe in the heaviest of traffic. She is level headed and calm at show grounds without fussing. She has lovely even and comfortable gaits with perfect ground manners. She is confident, secure and has no vices, impeccable ground manners. This Oldenburg mare loads easily, travels well, is easy to handle for farrier, vet, etc...
She has no stable or field vices. This lady is for riders of all levels, she isn't spooky and does not bite, kick, buck, bolt or rear. A good home is a must for this special mare. Primrose is a lovely Shire mare, 2006, standing at 17.2hh, registered with Shire Society. This gentle giant is looking for a 5* home through no fault of her own as she originally was bought as a weight carrier for our trekking centre but sadly there was hardly any work required of her.
This lovely lady is easy do do in all ways possible, never strong and a dream to ride. She loves hacking down to the beach but is also schooled enough through all paces. Primrose is easy to load, stands for our farrier, loves being pampered.
Previous owners have told us she has been in harness and pulling tyres although we cannot vouch for that we are happy to try as requested.

Looking for 15.2hh plus heavy or cobby type for hacking. Initially on loan with option to purchase in the summer. Must be OK to be on own in field. To be broken and safe to suit mature lady. Must have no vices or ailments and be 100% in all traffic.
Not looking for a superstar, a dope on rope type to plod along on. Must be good with farrier. Horse will be vetted before loan to insure all OK as would be purchasing at a later date.

Tobias, 16.2hh Clydesdale x Ardennes Gelding - New
Tobias is a Clydesdale x Ardennes (Belgian Draft) 16.2hh, weight carrier, 7 years old. Heavy feather and huge feet (barefoot). Backed but very green. Currently non ridden, he needs restarting after time off.
Tobi does best in an environment with structure. We have found when living out 24/7 he has been almost impossible to catch over summer. Tobi is back in livery now to adjust him back into a routine. He spent 10 weeks with a professional trainer March-May 2019, he was backed and ridden away. Since then, he has not been ridden, he has lots of potential for an experienced owner to bring on.
Tobi is a very sweet horse. We have never seen aggression from him, but he is very spooky / easily frightened. He needs lots of reassurance. Experienced home needed with someone confident in handling and training heavy horses. He is not suitable for beginners. Will consider LWVTB for the right home. We will only consider a 5* home for Tobias. Serious inquiries only please!!
