Nice project horse great potential, 17hh approx Standardbred. Used to drive now a riding horse. He learns quickly but still green so no novices as he needs an experienced rider to teach him all the ways.
Seems safe enough I've chucked my novice husband on him. Not had him long, bought from Ireland but not quite what I'm looking for. Quick sale needed.

16hh Comtois Riding Gelding
Stunning Comtois ride and drive gelding. Imported from France 5 years ago. 16hh, 16 years old. He has a fantastic kind, friendly temperament, is a true gentle giant.
Whilst in France he was driven as a single and a pair as well as a working horse on the farm logging, chain harrowing and attended heavy horse driving shows. Over recent years he has not done a lot of driving. He has recently been brought back into ridden work and takes everything in his stride.
He is excellent to shoe, catch and in traffic. Vaccinations up to date. He is with us to sell on behalf of his owner and this is a very sad sale as he will be sorely missed so no time wasters please and he must go to a 5* forever home. More photos available upon request.
