Lily, chunky 15.1hh, 5. She has been used to teach my complete novice husband to ride, she is easy to do in all ways. Lily is for sale through no fault of her own. Bonnie 14.2hh Highland Riding Mare
Advertising for a friend, Bonnie is an 19 year old Highland mare. She likes to be out in the summer but in at nights in the winter. She is fine across fields and out on the roads, not too keen on tractors she just jumps to the verge (our lanes are really narrow) Unfortunately in the winter she is mareish around her food.

Charlie, 14.2hh Gelding
Charlie is a 14.2hh 12 year old gelding. He was born on the farm and has been here since. Unfortunately we have decided he's wasted here with owner cutting down and me pregnant he deserves to have a job. Charlie's parents are still on the farm so can be seen.
He's grown up in a herd and weathers really well. Charlie was left to mature properly but was a late starter. I feel he would make a lovely all round ride and drive pony. He has been lightly backed, he walks and trots under saddle. He has been free schooled over jumps and has a lovely scope. Has a lovely step and movement on him for trap/cart, he's had harness on him and doesn't bother him at all.
We do ride him in a hackamore as we struggle getting a bit in but I feel like this can be sorted with the right owner/handler. Charlie has been round heavy farm traffic so I really don't think that will bother him at all! He just needs refining now and someone to put their own stamp on him. Good, experienced home wanted. Oreo is extremely responsive and does not need or like kicking and flapping. If she decides that she has had enough she will suddenly run, we strongly believe that the right home and lots of love and patience will allow her to reach her full potential. For us our children have still been fidgety in the saddle and think this has made Oreo fear "what's happening". Hence for sale as a serious project, companion, broodmare!
Absolutely no novices. With patience and a sensitive rider she has the potential to go far! Not been ridden for 6 months now, so someone far more experienced than us to work to get the best from her. Lunges beautifully and has shown us she is an exceptionally talented jumper, she is bold and careful into a fence and her scope is phenomenal, There is some serious jumping ability in there, although we've not done this for a year or so.
She's good for the farrier, stands to be fussed and groomed for hours. Loading can be a slow process but only used a trailer. Happy to be left in a field if her friends are off out hacking. When ridden she had hacked out well with others.

Excellent in traffic. Only in light work at the moment couple of times a week walking and trotting in the school so she needs a bit more work to get her fitter. She's suitable for light work.
She is an older gal and deserves to be cosseted now. She's wormed, vaccinated, passported. Good with the farrier, recently had fronts on, had her teeth done a month or so ago. Very sad, genuine sale.

Coloured filly 3 years old 15.1hh. Frankie, very sweet natured mare 15.1hh, sad sale of genuine filly, foaled June 2019. Bred for driving Friesian x trotter. We bred Frankie in 2019, she is Beautiful well put together 3 year old filly. Currently approximately 15.1hh. Clean limbed and good conformation. She's up to date with vaccinations, teeth, farrier.
Very well handled, lightly backed over the winter by myself and very easy to do. She's good to catch, rug, lead, farrier etc... Genuine sad sale of a lovely mare, due to my children wanting to do more with their ponies and work commitments I don't have the time she needs to be produced. Loves a fuss she's got a kind, calm temperament. Her only vice is she needs to be sedated to have her teeth done. Her teeth have just been done and she's always been on a 6 Monthly check up.
She has been out of work for 3 months now. Having a holiday. She needs bringing back in to work. Will only go to the very best, long term home. Please no time wasters.
