Lily, chunky 15.1hh, 5. She has been used to teach my complete novice husband to ride, she is easy to do in all ways. Lily is for sale through no fault of her own. She will hack out alone or with company & demonstrates real potential with taking everything in her stride but for now, as she is a baby, she will require a confident rider to build her confidence when she is alone.
She is not phased in traffic when in company, can be green when alone. She can be pushed through this with a confident rider, I have hacked her out alone with no problems. Lily has three lovely paces in walk, trot & canter but does have occasions of being unbalanced due to her age, we have therefore been keen to work on transitions & pole work to improve this. With strength & balance she doesn’t have this issue so no complete novices please.

Bonnie 14.2hh Highland Riding Mare
Advertising for a friend, Bonnie is an 18 year old Highland mare. She likes to be out in the summer but in at nights in the winter. She is fine across fields and out on the roads, not too keen on tractors she just jumps to the verge (our lanes are really narrow) Unfortunately in the winter she is mareish around her food.
Shod every 12 weeks as she has strong feet. Good to clip, bath and hair dry. My grandchildren ride her. Hacks solo with confident rider but fine with others. Her previous owners broke her to harness but i don't drive. Also she has a few lumps and bumps, but nothing medical. She schools very nicely and lunges beautifully.

Rose, Riding Filly
Here we have Rose. She has been broken to ride and has proven very easy. You can leave her for a while and jump back on with no issues. She is an easy going ride. Still green due to age, but would never buck, bolt or rear. She is forward going but snaffle mouthed. Can play about with her all day. Loves the fuss and attention.
Rose is looking for a 5* long term home. To further her education. Please no time wasters as this is a sad sale. Good to do in all ways. Happy with farmyard machinery, children pulling her around, and dogs.
