Section A mare 11hh. I have for sale a lovely little section A pony. 15 years old. I bought Merrylegs for my god daughter but unfortunately she is not the pony for us being too sharp for my god daughter. Tig, approx 12hh heavyweight cob gelding rising 4 years. Tig is a lovely young cob, we have recently lightly backed him and he is happily taking everything in his stride. Currently plodding around our village accompanied by another horse and is good with traffic.

Easy to mount from the floor and has a steady approach to his ridden work. Now he just needs someone who will finish off his ridden education and put some miles on him. Easy to catch and loves attention. Please note tig needs to wear a fly rug throughout the summer as he does have mild sweet itch. When he came to us this hadn't been managed correctly and he had rubbed his tail, but since he's been with us and had his fly rug on his tail is beginning to grow back.

Harry can be cheeky, nothing nasty, but is very strong, never reared or bucked. Never run off but will wonder off if he thinks he sees something nice. He would suit a lead rein, confident second pony or even a small adult rider.

We have had Harry since he was 3 and he is definitely part of the family so only 5* home. Would probably be great at drive.

12hh Mare

Show quality mini cob 12hh mare, 6 years old, blue and white. Perfectly formed, beautiful small head and ears. Compact, well muscled, luxurious feather, clean limbed, good hard feet and barefoot. Moves like a dream. An excellent example of a true mini cob. Handled daily by our 10 and 11 year old daughters, occasionally also our toddler.

Will stand all day to be fussed and pampered. Excellent with plant machinery, loud noises and traffic. Up to date with teeth, worming, vaccines and passported. Lightly backed, will excel in the show ring. Flashy and forward. Not a dope on a rope/first pony. Lovely temperament, very sweet nature, learns quickly and aims to please.

Good with farrier, clipping, loading and to catch from the field. Would be an asset to anyone's breeding programme and has previously bred a foal. Genuine reason for sale. Tack and rug negotiable.

13hh Welsh Section B Gelding

Lovely Welsh section B, 13hh, he's 13 years old. Was backed last summer and was going well but I am selling him from the field as my daughter has lost interest so hasn't been ridden through the winter.

He's such a lovely pony to be wasted in the field when some little jockey could be riding him. Would be lovely in the show ring. Stable him or lives out, good with the farrier, etc...
