Flicka is an 18 year old 16hh mare who came to me recently as a confidence giver. She has not settled on our very busy yard with me, I think mainly due to my inexperience with larger horses. I had not ridden since being a teenager and am very nervous, which is transferring to her and then I'm losing any confidence I had.

She was sold to me as a ridden horse however she has been intermittently unsound since I had her shod, my farrier shod her differently to support her heels so this may have affected her so I am therefore selling her as a companion. However until this week she has been being ridden almost daily in walk and this has not proved a problem to her either in the school or hacking. I am hopeful that she could possibly be able to do light ridden work again in the future.

Unfortunately I don't have the time or confidence to continue with her so have decided it's best for her to find a new home.

16/16.1hh 11 year mare, reg Belgium, hacks alone with a strong rider as will plant so needs a smacked bum and a growl and she will go, will happily hack in company, she will happily go around the school but isn't well schooled in an outline but wiling, canters fine out in the open. There's literally not a nasty bone in her.

Here's the nitty gritty, hacking alone Noreen will look at stuff, she needs pushing on if she passes a horse eating wheelie bin! Or silly stuff like gateways! Having said this she's no killer and is ridden by teenagers here, and fine in company. She is a very big horse so not for someone that's only ever owned a pony as she does know her size but is a sweetheart and wouldn't hurt you.

Old scarring on back legs that you can't see but can feel from feather mites but she has been successfully treated by my vet. Barefoot good for farrier, not a novice ride, hacking alone although I think anyone could ride her in the school or if hacking through woodlands.

Spinningdale Tomasina aka Mena is a registered British riding pony who sadly is looking for her forever home. Mena's history is known she is lucky enough to have only had two owners in her life during which time she was an elderly lady hacking pony and has been shown with some success. Many different riders have hacked him for me all coming back with a smile. He has been cross country training & just takes thing all in his stride. No vices.

He is sold from the field, he has been out of work for a month or so. No facilities as I have had to move him to my friend's field. I'm desperately trying to find the right home for my boy, he needs to go to someone that either wants a weight carrier to go hacking for miles or someone that wants to produce him to do any sphere.

7 year old 15hh unregistered cob mare. Sire: Brynmelys Fire Cracker, son of the famous Ebbw Victor, 2 former Royal Welsh Champions. Lovely big rangy mare and would make a lovely broodmare with the size and build to breed foals 15hh plus.

Has been broken this spring but still showing signs of greeness but kind and willing to learn. Doesn't buck but needs experienced rider at this present time.

Ginny, 16.1hh Riding Thoroughbred Mare

Ginny, looking for her future. Not your typical chestnut Thoroughbred mare. This sweet girl has come to us from the point to point track. I have taken her on as a project horse. I have done groundwork with her and put her through her paces. With a bit of schooling, she will make someone a fantastic eventer. Hacks alone and in company (even if that company is a rather portly pony).

Has led said pony when I take the kids out. Has been ridden on main roads, back roads and off road. Forward going with brakes! Will jump anything and go anywhere. Selling now as a clean slate.
