Prince, 16hh Gelding
Prince is a 16hh 7 year old ex racehorse. Prince retired from racing in July 2019 sound and has no health issues. Prince has had some retraining done and then went to live out in the field to mature where he has lived for 2 years.
Prince hasn't been ridden during this time. He will need to be brought back in to work slowly and gradually. Prince is a gentleman in every way on the ground, he is good to catch, load, groom, clip and tack up. I do have ridden videos of Prince when he was in ridden work. Dolly, 16.2hh Riding Mare
Dolly is a dream to have on the yard, she's done little bits of everything from competing on ticket to 1.10, hunted, loves cross country. Only reason of sale is she is wasted been a plod, few jump in the arena every now and then. With the owner not having a box, hire boxes it's hard for them to get her out doing what she loves doing the most. Not fair on her when she's got the heart to be out there competing.
Don't be put of by her age, she still fit, healthy and has a lot of potential still in her with the right person. She schools correctly, the owner doesn't really get the schooling part but in the right hand she works in an outline. When tied, she stands like a dream for kids to brush and fuss with her, sometimes she not even tied up, she just stands there. She's a very polite mare.
