Very sad sale, 6 year old mini cob – 12.2hh. Good little mare, previously been on plenty of drives around Stockport, Blackpool, and Morecambe. Has also attended Appleby a few times and will tether.
Currently fresh as she hasn't been in regular work, has been out and about near the yard but not doing much due to lack of time. She needs someone who can give her the time and consistency she deserves. Confident driver required – no novices.
Has been ridden (including in rivers), walk and trot only, but not schooled under saddle. Loads no problem, travels well. Good with farrier. Good with dentist. Message if interested.

Here we have our Prince 11.3hh cob colt, ride and drive also under saddle. He's bombproof when it comes to driving and riding. Not long had the saddle on and taking it all in, never put a foot wrong.
He's not a plodder, he can get on with his job. All up to date with wormers, loves a fuss, has a funny character about him. Good with farrier and good with kids.

13.1hh 12 year cob gelding. Bob is a lovely kind hearted boy, he came to us as a first ridden pony for my 8 year old daughter. Unfortunately this does not seem to be the case. We later found out Bob has been unridden for 2 years in his previous home and has been mostly a driving pony in his earlier years.
He is very nervous being ridden and has proven to shoot forward upon mounting therefore we believe he would be better suited as a driving pony, project or a companion. We do not have the experience or the knowledge to bring him on under saddle, but are sure he could be the perfect pony for someone who does have.
This is not an easy sale, but Bob deserves the best of homes, sadly we are not experienced enough to give him what he needs.

Toby reduced to find his forever family ride and drive gelding, 12hh. Perfect kids pony, does everything asked of him, quiet little horse, bombproof in traffic. Can pop a jump ideal for any kid to enjoy.
Mother's dream pony and perfect for anyone to learn on or a competent rider. As wide as he is tall. Doesn't put a foot wrong perfect in any traffic can go first or last. 100% couldn't wish for a better pony. Will go on or off lead rein.

A proper little cob with a brilliant attitude, the kind everyone wants on the yard. Standing at 13hh, this handsome black heavy cob gelding is 4 years old and already proving himself to be a genuine all-rounder. Broken to ride and drive, he has been in both 2 and 4 wheelers. He rides happily under saddle or bareback. He is genuinely safe and sensible with a lovely, willing nature.
He is shod up to date, his teeth were recently done, and his worming is up to date. He is easy to catch, load, and travel. He is good in the stable or turned out, good with other horses, and quiet and mannerly to handle.
A real credit to have around, he is the sort that is easy to do and enjoys attention. He is not nasty or silly, he just needs more miles on the clock and someone to continue bringing him on. He would make a cracking happy hacker, driving pony, family cob, or fun all-rounder. He is a hard type to find with his temperament and build.

Fantastic driving pony. Safe, forward but not strong. Has won indoors in Scotland proving she is a genuine and capable little pony. Lucy has been a kind and reliable partner to her current driver who is ME/CFS sufferer.
Limited ridden experience with small children but has been happily hacked by small teens including on the beach. Lucy has also been shown successfully in hand.
She has her quirks and, though not suitable for someone who hasn't had a pony before, she would suit someone with experience of ponies who wants to move disciplines. Would consider loan if kept at livery in her current location in East Lothian.

10 year old ride and drive mare, 12.2hh. Up to date with everything. A really sweet mare, this is a reluctant sale. She is a great driving pony but has done more riding with us. She hacks alone or in company, in front or behind, and is safe to canter in open spaces. Never bucks/bolts, etc.
She is a really straightforward, safe girl. Always bare foot. She has done lots of polework and flat work lessons. She will happily pop a 30/40 with a wobbly novice on her back, but she can step it up with a more experienced rider and jump 60/70 with turns and speed.
She is often hacked bareback by a 7 year old. A 7 year old loads and unloads her, etc. She is sweet and easy, this is a sad sale. Serious enquiries only please.
