Lucky, 13hh 7 year old ride and drive mare. Lucky was previously with an elderly man for his grandchildren who sadly outgrew her, he took a foal from her last year and said she was a fantastic mum.
She is used to children, farm animals, machinery, being caught in open fields, living alone, now she is looking for her new best friend.

Fantastic driving pony. Safe, forward but not strong. Has won indoors in Scotland proving she is a genuine and capable little pony. Lucy has been a kind and reliable partner to her current driver who is ME/CFS sufferer. Has won indoors and competed successfully outdoors in Scotland.
Limited ridden experience with small children but has been happily hacked by small teens including on the beach. Lucy has also been shown successfully in hand.
She has her quirks and, though not suitable for someone who hasn't had a pony before, she would suit someone with experience of ponies who wants to move disciplines. Would consider loan if kept at livery in her current location in East Lothian.

12hh light cob, fabulous driving pony, safe in traffic, soft to drive. Not strong or naughty, easy to harness up, etc... Also suitable for capable little competition rider.
Jumps really well, but can buck when fresh. We either lunge him or put a decent rider on to give him a good gallop round before putting less experienced rider on.
Easy and sweet to handle and fine on lead rein. 10 years old.

13hh red and white 6 year old cob mare. She's broke to ride and drive she's got plenty of hair and very stocky. Kids can ride her about do anything with her.
She will need bringing back in to as she's been off due to having a foal. Kids ride her regularly around the field so should take no time to come back into full time work.
She's just had all four hooves trimmed she's been wormed and deloused very good with the farrier. She's good to loads on a box and stable.

12.2hh cob gelding, ride and drive, 4 years old, very solid cob. He picks all feet up, has had shoes but recently pulled off. He's been out on the roads but needs more experience on roads. He is a saint to drive in the fields.
A 12 year old rides and drives him. He can nap when riding but does not throw you off, just stops although once you tell him he will stop doing it. Walks, trots, canters and jumps well but perfect to drive, never puts a foot wrong.
My sister has outgrown him and looking to size up. Will make brilliant pony for someone. Please message for pics and vids of him. Up to date with feet, dentist and wormer.

12.2hh 9 year old Hackney type mare, ride & drive. Foxy has been with us for just over a year and in that time has been broken to ride and drive. She has shown under saddle on the lead rein, driven in company on pleasure drives and competed in dressage & cones at Windsor earlier this year. My 4-year-old also regularly rides her across the New Forest, either led from the ground or from my other pony.
She's a smart, eye-catching little mare who would make a lovely showing prospect or indoor driving trials pony. Having only been broken for a year she is not for a novice handler or driver. I also wouldn't currently class her as a first/second ridden, although she is excellent on the lead rein.
Lives in or out, passported, vaccinations & worming up to date and good for the farrier. Happy barefoot, fronts or fully shod depending on workload.

12.2hh black & white traditional cob filly 4 years old and broken to ride & drive. Built like a bull with plenty of bone, feather and a fantastic long glossy mane. Beautiful action and a genuinely sensible attitude for a young cob. She drives in heavy traffic, handles junctions and traffic lights, and walks, trots and stops perfectly.
Drives in a full set of britchen harness and is super easy to harness up and hook in. Picks all 4 feet up, and easy to bath out. The sort you want in a young driving cob. Easy to catch, easy to load onto a box or trailer and good for the farrier. Gets on well with other horses or is happy on her own.
