Melina, Filly Foal

By Golden Corn, Melina is a 9 months old very well put together heavy hairy traditional stamp of a cob filly by the stallion Golden Corn-heavy palomino horse. Out of a heavy chocolate dun mare 14.2hh. A very laid back easy going trusting filly that will make someone a superb best friend.

Melina is halter broken, had her feet paired, wormed to date. She has been wintered inside all winter and at present is out through the day and in at night. She is a good doer and has matured well since being weaned from her dam. Good bone, plenty of feather, nice head.

Oreo is extremely responsive and does not need or like kicking and flapping. If she decides that she has had enough she will suddenly run, we strongly believe that the right home and lots of love and patience will allow her to reach her full potential. For us our children have still been fidgety in the saddle and think this has made Oreo fear "what's happening". Hence for sale as a serious project, companion, broodmare!

Absolutely no novices. With patience and a sensitive rider she has the potential to go far! Not been ridden for 6 months now, so someone far more experienced than us to work to get the best from her. Lunges beautifully and has shown us she is an exceptionally talented jumper, she is bold and careful into a fence and her scope is phenomenal, There is some serious jumping ability in there, although we've not done this for a year or so.

She's good for the farrier, stands to be fussed and groomed for hours. Loading can be a slow process but only used a trailer. Happy to be left in a field if her friends are off out hacking. When ridden she had hacked out well with others.

San Cler Casino, three year old appaloosa colt. Re-advertised due to the original purchaser arriving to collect the horse without the full purchase price. San Cler Casino is a really flashy three year old appaloosa colt, 13hh.

Last summer he ran out with four mares and they are all successfully in foal. Since he was first advertised three of the mares have foaled. Two have brought blanket spotted fillies and the the third mare gave a really unusual shade of grey filly foal.
