17.2hh Thoroughbred Riding Gelding

11 years dark bay Thoroughbred gelding 17.2hh. Sweet natured and loves attention. Great for hacking/fun rides. Very sensitive to his rider so needs someone experienced. Due to family commitments I can no longer keep him. Good home wanted as this is a very reluctant decision.

16hh Riding Mare

Lovely warmblood type mare. Stands at 16hh and is around 16 years old. Very kind, good in the stable, she'll stay in on her own eating her hay happy as anything. She'll turn out on her own no problems if last one out just waits quietly.

Excellent in traffic. Only in light work at the moment couple of times a week walking and trotting in the school so she needs a bit more work to get her fitter. She's suitable for light work.

She is an older gal and deserves to be cosseted now. She's wormed, vaccinated, passported. Good with the farrier, recently had fronts on, had her teeth done a month or so ago. Very sad, genuine sale.

Nox, Gelding

Nox is a lovely relaxed rising 2 year old (July) to make at least 15hh black with white markings (incl belly splash) traditional gypsy cob gelding. He is a real stamp with a leg in each corner! His legs are already as thick as tree trunks. Mountains of feather! He has recently had both his mite injections so he is covered for 12 months.

Although Nox is calm he is only young and does need someone who knows what they are doing. Can be a typical pushy cob, has yet to learn all his manners. Would suit someone used to the breed.

13.2hh ride and drive coloured stallion, age 14 was in the same home from a foal until he was 10. We got him from a friend, he has always lived alone until with us, never ever been with a mare. He's dripping in hair, very old fashioned gypsy cob.

Breeding by Coates, this pony is the best pony I have ever owned in the 45 years of having horses. Bombproof is not enough to explain this boy he rides, he drives, he jumps, swims in sea, will bring you back from pub if you're drunk (regular occurrence with last owner). Was my granddaughters but sadly has come to that age where she's found boys.

Charlie, 14.2hh Gelding

Charlie is a 14.2hh 12 year old gelding. He was born on the farm and has been here since. Unfortunately we have decided he's wasted here with owner cutting down and me pregnant he deserves to have a job. Charlie's parents are still on the farm so can be seen.

He's grown up in a herd and weathers really well. Charlie was left to mature properly but was a late starter. I feel he would make a lovely all round ride and drive pony. He has been lightly backed, he walks and trots under saddle. He has been free schooled over jumps and has a lovely scope. Has a lovely step and movement on him for trap/cart, he's had harness on him and doesn't bother him at all.

We do ride him in a hackamore as we struggle getting a bit in but I feel like this can be sorted with the right owner/handler. Charlie has been round heavy farm traffic so I really don't think that will bother him at all! He just needs refining now and someone to put their own stamp on him. Good, experienced home wanted.
