Prada, 16.3hh ISH Mare
Due to giving up horses I've decided to let my lovely mare go to a new home. She's 16.3hh 14 years old ISH with unrecorded breeding. Prada really enjoys her work. She will happily hack in company, and will go out alone with a confident rider, she's definitely more whoah than go but does pick up a gear when asked. She's done a bit of jumping, pole clinics, xc training, etc...
She was bred to jump so with a bit of work she would make a lovely low level jumper. She's currently living out but does enjoy having a stable too. She can be left in the stable or field on her own without any issues. She gets along well with all other horses and is equally happy in a large herd as she is in small group. She's easy to catch, good to groom, etc... She's had her teeth done in November 2023.
She will come with everything she owns which includes newly fitted saddle. She's never been sick or sorry but does need her vaccinations restarted. Based in West Sussex. Sold from the field as no facilities.

17hh Thoroughbred Gelding
20 year old TB gelding. He does need weight. Good riding horse, not a novice ride as forward going but isn't spooky and doesn't bolt, buck, rear. Hacks alone or in company good in traffic. Can be left for months and got straight on from the field.
Very well schooled and goes well for an older gent. Bit of a loon to jump, still very exciting apparently. Had a terrible race career and an ok event career. Well mannered in all ways to handle and for farrier, all though currently barefoot with good feet. Not a brilliant loader. Absolute mile to worm but he's up to date so just make sure you have a step ladder ready for the next one. Teeth & physio up to date.

Her education will be continued while she's with us until she finds a great home. She deserves to be someone's best friend and to be loved and fussed. She is chaps registered and is a great stamp of a gypsy with masses of bone and hair and a small head, she moves beautifully. So she would excel in the show ring.

Billy, 16.2hh Riding Gelding
Billy is an ex race horse who trained but didn't make it to the track due to hoof imbalance. With correct trimming there's absolutely no reason why he wouldn't excel in certain disciplines given the correct training. He is not suitable for eventing. We have available radiograph of all four feet, taken to ensure correct trimming. Billy has good hoof wall but pulls shoes and has transitioned to barefoot, he currently wears scoot boots on his fronts.
Lack of time has got in the way of his training and he is still green in the school. He's been out on the road in company, does not appear to be spooky or phased by traffic. Billy turns out in a large mixed herd and avoids confrontation. He's not difficult to catch and is happy in his stable even if he's the only one in.
This boy is good with vet farrier, physio and dentist, he's an absolute saint to mount. He has a complete wardrobe including his boots and fitted tack.

He does not enjoy being on the school, he will walk, trot, canter, pop a fence in the school but will cause a protest doing it. His sphere is hacking/hunting. He Has seen hounds where he stood quietly at the meet and enjoyed his day.
Indi is extremely easy to do, he lives both in or out, with company or without. He needs sedation to clip unless you enjoy a challenge. He's for sale as I'm now ready to step up, we have owned him for over a year and he's been a pleasure to have. He will be sadly missed so please no time wasters.

14hh ish currently was told he would make 14.2hh plus, 3 year old Welsh D colt ( can be gelded at your cost and recover here at no extra cost for 2 weeks ), very good blood lines if wanted for breeding. Very flashy type, 4 whites with belly splash.
Very good to do lives with mares and geldings ( never covered ). Turns out daily, very successfully shown for a year in 2022, been long reined and walked out on the roads and isn't a problem. Has been in a cart a few times was excellent and easy to do but now wasted due to personal circumstances (no fault of his in any way).

Brookie - approx 8 year old gelding. Has been with us for 3 years doing our ‘trot on tots' session for 2-4 year old kids here at our petting farm. He's easy to do, catch, brush, etc... But does need an adult handler as he has nipped.
Last ridden at our Christmas party, he's pretty fed up of the job here now so ready for his one-to-one home. He's on a basic passport with age ‘unknown'. He's been subject to a lot of education here but has done less and less recently.

Part bred Welsh, 9 year old silver dapple dun coloured gelding. Lovely temperament, easy to do anything with although can be a little wary until he knows you.
Moves to die for, would make a flashy driving pony or top class lead rein SHP, he's 12hh on the stick. Unbroken as been a covering stallion all his life but don't let that put you off, was gelded last July and he has a lovely temperament. Project pony sadly for sale as not suitable for her older rider who is just looking for a quiet happy hacker. 13hh 8 year old coloured mare, has bred one lovely foal. Pumpkin is good to catch, stands to be brushed and tacked up, but is not a first ridden pony she needs a confident experienced rider.
She is good in traffic but can be unpredictable at times. Her vice is if she doesn't want to do something she tends to try to run off. So at the moment she is not suitable for a young child. She enjoys jumping and could be a good competitive pony in the future.

Saffy likes a routine and likes to be in regular work. Saffy currently is schooling nicely and hacks nicely. She has been ridden by all sorts of different riders from children through to older women. She is currently stabled at a riding school, although wouldn't be a first horse due to her large paces.
