1909 Chair Backed Well Bottom Gig, made by Joseph Gibson & Son, Birmingham. On 16 spoke wheels, with lance wood shafts. Canework is genuine and perfect, not transfers. Upholstered in cream suede fabric as used by Rolls Royce, Bentley and Aston Martin.
Comes with bespoke covers for storage & transport. Gives a beautiful ride on it's Dennett springs. Completely refurbished before going into storage.
Wheels 45", tug to tug 24", tug to floor 36 1/2", pigtail to tug 45". Lamps available. Happy for you to bring pony to try.

Dog Cart with Lamps & Harness for Rebuild
Edwardian gentleman's 2 wheeled dog cart. Currently dismantled in storage and in need of refurbishment, re-upholstery and repainting. Complete with original harness and lamps.
The photo attached shows what it could look like when refurbished. - It is not an image of the dog cart in this advert but one that is very similar. Our original had blue seats and was painted black picked out in racing green. Cox Sunning is printed on the hub. Attached photos are of the dismantled trap in store and further photos are available on request. Sensible offers considered.

Spindle Back Show Gig
Show gig, rare spindle back show gig for small pony or large Shetland. Beautiful bespoke two wheeler show gig. Very good condition, barn stored, ready to go for local showing. Could do with some paint touch ups for anything more serious.
Lovely large wheels -38 inch. Shaft height 34 inch. Shaft width 23 inch. Shafts and wheels were made by Dick Carey. Smart green colour with black patent kick board and black trim.
Gig is being sold on behalf of Kipling County carriage driving group RDA (charity). Viewing welcome by prior arrangement. Sensible offers considered. This is a super little carriage and all proceeds will be applied to the charity for the benefit of its members.
