Tommy, 14hh Riding Gelding

Absolutely lovely, kind, gentle and very affectionate 5 year old cob gelding for sale. He is excellent in all traffic, good to hack and happy to pop a fence. He has good transitions in walk, trot and canter but due to his age is green in the school.

Tommy is fab to catch, load and travels like a dream. He is quiet to handle on the ground, good with the farrier and although barefoot currently he has previously had shoes on. He is forward going definitely not a kick along, but not strong and is snaffle mouthed at all times. He has also driven in a previous home but not with us and would make a great driving pony.

He has recently been lightly backed but is too green for my 12 year old daughter to continue his education. He's good on the ground, not at all soooky, walks over tarpaulin without looking and doesn't bother about any farm machinery.

14hh 3 year old gelding. Currently bum high at 14.1hh out of 15hh stepping cob stallion. Dam is a traditional. I haven't had him long but he is too small for me and I didn't want to send him back to dealer. He went straight on schooling livery for 3 weeks to kick start his riding career and is now home with me. He hacks alone or in company, fantastic with traffic and not spooky. He is a leg on ride, very chilled and steady. He is good with farrier, loading, bath, travelling, vets, dentist and clipping. I clipped his feathers off but you can see how they grow in photos.

He does seem to excel in his driving, more forward and has been on the London drive with previous owner. Happy to be stabled or live out. Good with dogs and goats around him and is a kind paddock friend to other horses. Happy for you to try him multiple times but he isn't to go on any trials as it isn't fair on him. Wanted: Riding Pony

Looking for a Lottie-a-like. Lottie is a smidge under 14.1hh and almost as wide. She takes no notice of tractors, motor bikes, lorries, cars, bicycles, dogs or cows. Lottie likes to go out on her own, or with others. She loves the country lanes and open fields, but sees no need to rush.

Lottie is good to trim (currently barefoot), but would be fine with shoes. She has no vices and is fit and sound but not in her first rush of youth. Lottie likes to come in for food and go out again with her friends in the field, but is also happy being in at night during the bad weather. Most of all, Lottie loves taking care of her slightly nervous rider and is often described as ‘a saint'. She would like someone just like her to join us so she doesn't have to so all the work!

Abergavenny Gee Whiz, 14.1hh Welsh Section D Stallion

Abergavenny Gee Whiz, fully licenced six year old Welsh section D stallion. Full pedigree can be seen on all breed pedigree. He is a bay with four even white socks and a blaze standing at approximately 14.1hh. Has been shown with great success as a youngster. He won a WPCS bronze medal at the Midland Association show as a two year old, as a three year old he was Supreme Champion at the NPS area 28 spring show winning an NPS silver medal rosette in the process, he was second at Lampeter Stallion Show, first at Barley Saturday, and 6th at the royal Welsh among other success.

He moves for fun and is good to load and with the farrier and is easy to handle in the stable and leads well. He was broken to ride in the Autumn 2021 by Annah Chester but since then has done nothing.

We can provide a video of him under saddle. He does suffer from slight sweet itch when the midges are bad in the summer but this is easily controlled with a fly rug and he has never lost his mane or tail.
