Im selling land that is soon to be plotted off in Nash, Milton Keynes. Plot is 110foot in length and almost 70 foot wide which would make a good size yard when it's passed.
The situation with the yard is the front was passed for 11 plots for life and there were two pieces of land which were classed as paddock areas and that are in the boundary so I can't see how the council wouldn't accept a license on this part of the ground but I am selling it the way it is with no license.
